Description
The Solid-State NMR platform probes materials at the nanometer scale to extract local structural and conformational information. As a non-destructive spectroscopic technique, high-resolution solid-state NMR provides insights into the chemical environment of nuclei, crystallinity, the number and type of crystallographic sites, atomic connectivity, molecular dynamics, and surface functionalization.
The platform leverages both one- and two-dimensional solid-state NMR techniques, with access to national large-scale facilities (TGI-RMN) for ultra-high field measurements when needed. It isparticularly suited for the in-depth characterization of complex materials.
